Requirements

• Oversees the daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage maintenance, personnel, and expenses while also optimizing fleet performance and providing reports to management.
• Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and procurements of parts and services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel and maintenance costs.
• Prepare and provide reports on fleet availability, maintenance, costs, and vendor performance.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, parts, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures for various vehicle types.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to fleet operations.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and MS applications.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supervisory role within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in fleet management or a related supervisory role.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Valid UAE License preferred.
