HR Manager

Position Overview

The Human Resources Officer will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, documentation, and compliance. This role demands a proactive, organized, and people-focused professional who can support a rapidly growing FMCG environment while maintaining strong company culture and discipline.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments.
  • Prepare job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
  • Build a pipeline of strong candidates for future requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and professional workplace environment.
  • Plan team-building activities, training sessions, and staff development programs.
  • Handle grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and monthly updates.

4. Performance & Policy Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Monitor employee performance and coordinate evaluations.
  • Support disciplinary procedures when necessary.
  • Promote HR best practices aligned with company goals.

5. Payroll Support

  • Coordinate with the Accounts department for monthly payroll inputs.
  • Track attendance, overtime, and leave records accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in FMCG or trading companies (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
