What You Will Do:

  • Prepare service contracts for new models and modify existing contracts as needed.
  • Maintain service contracts in the system to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue loss.
  • Update service contract parts pricing to reflect current rates.
  • Create and maintain service contracts for fleet customers.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports to provide necessary information to stakeholders.
  • Provide contract-related support to branches, including handling contract transfers, terminations, refund requests, and reinstatements within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the corporate department on pricing requests for new initiatives.
  • Ensure completion of tasks by specified deadlines, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP IS AUTO and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.


What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Graduate or diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, specifically in service contract or pricing analyst roles.
  • Mandatory experience in automotive aftersales.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and SAP IS AUTO.
  • Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.
