What You Will Do:
- Prepare service contracts for new models and modify existing contracts as needed.
- Maintain service contracts in the system to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue loss.
- Update service contract parts pricing to reflect current rates.
- Create and maintain service contracts for fleet customers.
- Generate ad-hoc reports to provide necessary information to stakeholders.
- Provide contract-related support to branches, including handling contract transfers, terminations, refund requests, and reinstatements within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with the corporate department on pricing requests for new initiatives.
- Ensure completion of tasks by specified deadlines, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP IS AUTO and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Graduate or diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, specifically in service contract or pricing analyst roles.
- Mandatory experience in automotive aftersales.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and SAP IS AUTO.
- Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.
