About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable individual to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist cum Personal Assistant. This role will involve a combination of front-office duties and personal assistance to our senior executive.

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with office administration tasks.

Personal Assistance Duties:

  • Providing administrative support to our senior executive, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements
  • Preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Running errands and handling personal tasks as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
