Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sales Coordinator to join our team at the showroom. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers and provide them with the best solutions. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from potential customers across various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
• Follow up with potential clients and encourage them to make purchasing decisions.
• Provide professional consultations to customers regarding furniture products and designs.
• Organize data and accurately document the sales process.
• Coordinate with the factory regarding customer inquiries.
• Manage and schedule customer deliveries and communicate with them to collect feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry or similar products.
• Excellent communication and strong persuasion skills when dealing with customers.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills, including handling data and sales systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports and organizing information.
