Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to maintain active community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and online partnerships.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights for improvement.
- Support digital marketing activities as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) preferred.
- Ability to create short-form videos and reels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
