Role Description

We are looking for a strong, independent, proactive Client Relationship Manager for our Business centres in DIP and Business Bay.

Job Responsibilities

  • Active follow-up and keeping track of all the quotations, proposals, or agreements shared with the customer.
  • Communicate with clients and entertain tenants’ calls and inquiries adequately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and report all sales activities in a timely manner and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Research, prospects, source, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets.
  • Maintains and develops business with existing tenants.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods or procedures.
  • Keep track of all the renewals.
  • Generates Sales Leads and interacts with customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitoring sales leads and converting them into potential business.
  • Business development by creating new customer accounts and monitoring the accounts Qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales Executive. (Commercial Real Estate will be added advantage.)
  • Bachelor degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and execute tasks daily.
  • Ability to perform duties with accuracy without constant supervision.
  • Ability to use or manage your own workload; always maintain confidentiality, flexible, can work under pressure and takes initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, and leaders).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
