Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior call center or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with inquiries, service information, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Executive or in a customer service role
- Female candidates preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills- English & Hindi Fluently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/call center software
Salary: Based on experience
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
