We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events/Catering Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through banquet and outdoor catering sales. This role requires a strong sales acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly goals and budgets for banquet sales and outdoor catering services. You will be paid a fix percentage as commission per sale.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to promote the company’s catering services.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and operations staff to ensure seamless execution of events and catering services.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to achieve the best possible outcome for the company and the client.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and performance against targets.
- Uphold the company’s standards of quality and service excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
