Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations ensuring service excellence and smooth workflow.
• Maintain high service standards aligned with the brand’s American bar concept.
• Ensure bar opening and closing procedures are followed accurately.
• Monitor bar inventory levels, order beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies as required.
• Manage bar cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with Dubai Municipality and food safety guidelines.

2. Beverage & Menu Management

• Curate and update beverage menus including cocktails, mocktails, American-themed specialty drinks, and premium spirits.
• Collaborate with teams to design seasonal drink promotions.
• Ensure accurate recipe adherence and consistent drink quality.

3. Staff Leadership & Training

• Supervise bartenders, barbacks, and service staff assigned to the bar area.
• Conduct training on mixology techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support employee development.

4. Guest Experience Management

• Ensure warm, engaging, and high-energy guest service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
• Maintain a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere, especially during sports events and live entertainment.

5. Sales, Revenue & Cost Control

• Monitor daily sales performance, beverage cost, and stock variance.
• Implement upselling and promotional strategies to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing for events, themed nights, happy hours, and brand activations.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with Dubai licensing laws, alcohol regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee responsible service of alcohol and manage guest behavior appropriately.
• Ensure staff follow HACCP and hygiene guidelines at all times.
