Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of IT services and tools to all stakeholders.
- Monitor the status of IT infrastructure and networks.
- Primary point of contact for help desk support, troubleshooting user’s problems as required.
- Install company software and hardware as required.
- Assist with the implementation of ICT policies and their adoption by users.
- Support cybersecurity related projects.
- Cooperate with other IT teams across the region as well as with HQ in Milan.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar IT support/coordination role.
- Experience with Windows OS, including basic installation and configurations, build preparation, managing group policies and fundamentals of Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
- Detailed-oriented, autonomous, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- Fluent level of English and Arabic.
