Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience

  • Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, routing them as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and showroom area.

Administrative & Sales Team Support

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver high standards of hospitality and service throughout all interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uphold Alba Cars’ customer-first brand image at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM system experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a busy reception area.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism)
  • Work Visa sponsorship
  • Medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)

Work Arrangement

  • Type: Full-time, on-site position
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Evening Work Shift: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available
