Madrid Cafe is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Serve dishes and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
• Assist in preparing bills, processing payments, and handling cash transactions.
• Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
