We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery performance across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage riders/drivers, coordinate with clients, and monitor overall operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks
• Supervise riders and drivers to ensure schedule compliance
• Coordinate with clients for daily requirements and updates
• Monitor delivery performance, route planning, and SLA adherence
• Resolve operational issues and support process improvements
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or logistics (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
