Job Description
- Support senior client advisors in daily communication with clients.
- Help identify additional product sales opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
- Help plan, create and track advertising campaigns.
- Monitor client performance and prepare performance reports.
- Understand customer needs and ensure that their requests are handled promptly.
- Coordinate work with internal teams (product, support, integration) to ensure excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong team player with proactive thinking.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work with MS Office. Positive attitude and high sense of responsibility.
