Role Overview

We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and ensure an exceptional experience for international clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Dubai’s business etiquette, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage telephone calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
  • Oversee reception area cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness before meetings.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance records, and front-office documentation.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with routine office tasks when required.
  • Ensure adherence to Dubai corporate protocols and front-desk etiquette.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front-office experience (Dubai/GCC experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional grooming, pleasant personality, and customer service–oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume visitor flow.
  • Familiarity with Dubai business culture, hospitality standards, and workplace norms.
