About the Role
The Real Estate Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the property management and leasing process. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. The Administrator will be responsible for handling client files, preparing contracts, organising property-related tasks, and providing general administrative support across real estate activities.
Key Rosponsibilities:
General Leasing & Administration:
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients regarding leasing matters.
- Discuss and coordinate terms related to lease agreements (e.g., duration, pricing, property conditions).
- Prepare, review, and finalise contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain consistent updates and follow-ups with clients.
- Validate, organise, and upload required documentation into the system.
Property & Client Coordination:
- Support clients with required property-related procedures and documentation.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance to clients throughout administrative or property-related processes.
Skill and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in handling and processing documentation.
