Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth guest service and operational efficiency
  • Support in leading, coaching, and motivating restaurant colleagues to deliver genuine hospitality
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Monitor guest feedback and actively drive service excellence
  • Oversee reservations, staffing schedules, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Participate in menu planning, promotions, and service innovations
  • Foster a positive work environment that reflects InterContinental’s service culture

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a premium dining or hotel restaurant
  • Strong passion for Asian cuisine and knowledge of Pan Asian dining trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering luxury service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
