Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth guest service and operational efficiency
- Support in leading, coaching, and motivating restaurant colleagues to deliver genuine hospitality
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
- Monitor guest feedback and actively drive service excellence
- Oversee reservations, staffing schedules, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Participate in menu planning, promotions, and service innovations
- Foster a positive work environment that reflects InterContinental’s service culture
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a premium dining or hotel restaurant
- Strong passion for Asian cuisine and knowledge of Pan Asian dining trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering luxury service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
