Key Responsibilities

1. Record daily attendance of workers and staff.

2. Maintain timesheets, overtime, and leave records.

3. Prepare and submit attendance reports to HR/Accounts.

4. Assist with payroll data and verify site manpower reports.

5. Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, documentation, calls, emails).

6. Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower updates.

7. Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.

Requirements

1. Minimum high school or diploma qualification.

2. 2 to 3 years experience in timekeeping or office admin.

3. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word).

4. Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
