Cleaner

The Housekeeper/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, and smooth daily operations of the villa. This role involves housekeeping, guest assistance, basic maintenance, and support for food and beverage service, ensuring the villa remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the property, including kitchen, living areas, terraces, and outdoor spaces.
  • Change and organize bed linens, towels, and household fabrics on a regular schedule.
  • Assist with meal setup, serving, and clearing dining areas after use.
  • Keep the poolside, garden, and outdoor furniture clean and orderly.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to the homeowner or supervisor.
  • Ensure cleaning tools, materials, and equipment are well-maintained and properly stored.
  • Assist residents and guests with luggage, errands, and other daily needs.
  • Coordinate with other staff such as the driver, gardener, or chef to maintain smooth operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, politeness, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, use of cleaning products, and household maintenance.
  • Polite, trustworthy, and respectful personality with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
