Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, maintain café cleanliness, and provide excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about beverages and menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
