We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly

· Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up at all times

· Provide menu recommendations and upsell items when appropriate

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints courteously

· Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

· Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or café

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Positive attitude, good grooming, and team-oriented approach

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

· Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage

Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
