Job Opening: Timekeeper
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for a Timekeeper to join our contracting company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate daily attendance and timesheet records for site and office staff.
  • Monitor and record employee working hours, overtime, and absences.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for payroll processing.
  • Verify and collect daily manpower reports from various project sites.
  • Ensure all attendance and leave records are properly updated and filed.
  • Assist in preparing monthly attendance summaries and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Timekeeper, preferably in a construction or contracting company in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of attendance systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple site reports efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
