We are looking for a responsible and energetic Team Leader for Drivers to manage and coordinate the daily activities of our drivers team. The role includes assigning duties, monitoring performance, ensuring timely vehicle movement, maintaining discipline, and supporting overall fleet operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the team of company drivers on a daily basis.
• Plan, assign, and monitor driver duties to ensure timely pick-up, drop-off, and vehicle movement.
• Ensure all drivers maintain company standards in behavior, appearance, and customer service.
• Coordinate with the Fleet and Operations departments to ensure vehicle availability and readiness.
• Maintain daily attendance, route schedules, and performance records of drivers.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle cleanliness.
• Handle driver-related issues promptly and report any incidents or violations to management.
• Conduct periodic briefings to ensure compliance with traffic and company safety regulations.
• Support the recruitment and training of new drivers as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supervising drivers or fleet coordination (preferably in the car rental or transport industry).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and scheduling.
• Valid UAE Driving License Mandatory.
• Ability to manage a multicultural team and maintain discipline.
