The Spa Supervisor will assist in managing spa operations, supervise staff, maintain service quality, and contribute to achieving sales targets and client retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily spa operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Support the Spa Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance throughout the spa.
  • Ensure high-quality service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with spa promotions, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Manage inventory of spa supplies and retail products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor product and treatment performance to boost sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness center.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, operations, and retail sales.
  • Ability to motivate and support team members effectively.
