You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Reservations host is responsible to assist the Assistant Manager – Reservations in smoothly running the daily operations in the Reservations Department and work closely with other relevant departments.

They are expected to deliver exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards

Profil recherché

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Reservations host/agent in Reservations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
