WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Work closely with our Project Managers to deliver excellent service
- Directly work with our project, engineering and operations teams to develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges
- Support Project Managers with all project planning activities
- Communicate with our clients and other third parties to keep them informed about the progress of their projects, its schedule and any challenges the project may be facing
- Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation, cost tracking and invoicing
- Logging and maintaining documentation (RFI, change order, contracts, subcontracts, closeout documentation etc.)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- You have a Bachelor working and thinking level, obtained through education and/or experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator ideally with large-scale projects
- Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail and able to work in a accurate manner
- You have great interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- You should have valid UAE driving license
