Mira Logistics is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee cargo transportation operations from the UAE to Russia via Iran and Azerbaijan. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing land freight logistics, customs clearance, and international cargo routes across these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all logistics operations between UAE and Russia.
• Plan and oversee land freight movement via Iran and Azerbaijan.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and transit requirements in each country.
• Build and maintain relationships with transport partners, customs brokers, and authorities.
• Handle route optimization, cost control, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and KPIs.
• Solve cross-border logistics issues quickly and effectively.
• Lead and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Proven experience with UAE–Russia cargo routes (land transport via Iran/Azerbaijan).
• Strong understanding of customs documentation, transit permits, and international freight laws.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Russian or Persian language knowledge is a plus.
