We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a strong background in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, offering assistance perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera system
  • Handling room reservations and managing phone inquiries.
  • Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations ensuring satisfaction..

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role in the Middle East..
  • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft mandatory.
  • Language: Fluent in English with good organisational skills
  • Opera Cloud software proficiency.

Working Hours: 10+1 hours daily, 6 days a week.
