We are looking for a friendly and efficient FOH – Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving coffee, food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food & drinks promptly.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area.
• Assist in setting up tables and preparing service stations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays as needed).
