Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of all cleaning materials and chemicals.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and waste disposal areas.
  • Assist in the removal of kitchen waste and ensure proper segregation of recyclables.
  • Support kitchen staff by ensuring sufficient supply of clean equipment during operations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Follow all hygiene and safety procedures as per hotel standards and HACCP guidelines.
  • Assist during banquet setups and other kitchen-related tasks as required.
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred (hotel or restaurant).
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to handle long hours and standing work.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Immediate joiners shall be preffered. Candidates with visa cancellations or on visit visas shall be given preference.
