Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of all cleaning materials and chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and waste disposal areas.
- Assist in the removal of kitchen waste and ensure proper segregation of recyclables.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring sufficient supply of clean equipment during operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Follow all hygiene and safety procedures as per hotel standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist during banquet setups and other kitchen-related tasks as required.
- Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (hotel or restaurant).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle long hours and standing work.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners shall be preffered. Candidates with visa cancellations or on visit visas shall be given preference.
