About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR experience in the UAE, with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and best HR practices. This role requires someone skilled in employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and support management in implementing HR strategies.
- Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolution in line with UAE labor regulations.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR and administrative requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in an HR role (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
