Hiring Spa Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a professional and experienced Spa Manager to lead a luxury spa in Abu Dhabi.
Fluency in Russian is required, along with good English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily spa operations and maintain high service quality.
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Organize bookings, staff schedules, and daily tasks.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies with management.
• Ensure cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards are met.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in spa or salon management.
• Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and proficient in English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
