Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption.
  • Manage a project with limited number of cleaning operatives.
  • Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor, ensuring an even distribution of work.
  • Identify and anticipates client / customer requirements, expectations and needs and respond accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal & external resources including department, vendors, Subcontractors- if any, client etc., as required to meet the assigned job’s operational needs.
  • Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA.
  • Ensure that the building’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times.
  • Liaise with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor on a regular basis, dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
  • Preparation of reports, maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 Year Diploma Is A Must.
  • 7 – 9 years relevant experience.
  • People Management Skills, problem solving skills and delegation skills.
  • Numerical Ability, Result Orientation and Planning & Organizing skills.
  • Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
