Core responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers from lists, existing leads, or referrals.
- Sales and consultation: Meet with prospective clients to explain services, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Inspection: Conduct on-site inspections to identify the type and extent of pest infestations.
- Contract preparation: Create service contracts that detail the type of pest, the area to be treated, the proposed remedy, and pricing.
- Closing sales: Obtain customer consent, finalize contracts, and schedule the service to begin.
- Product knowledge: Maintain knowledge of various pests, effective treatment methods, and all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and assessments.
- Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) principles is beneficial.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of safety and environmental regulations
- Driving License Mandatory
