Job Summary
The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. He will handle communication, scheduling, filing, and documentation, assisting management and team members with daily administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office correspondence (emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.) in both English and Arabic.
- Prepare and edit letters, reports, and other official documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Assist in preparing internal reports, memos, and staff documentation.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Manage stationery, office supplies, and basic procurement requests.
- Handle incoming visitors or calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Support HR or operations with document control, timesheets, and leave forms.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative matters.
Requirements
- Male candidate fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in office administration or secretarial work preferred.
- Must be currently based in Khorfakkan or willing to relocate.

- Knowledge of document formatting and report preparation.
