The Restaurant Floor Supervisor supports the restaurant in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will help lead the team, ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, and assist in achieving business targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

– Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver excellent service.

– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

– Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

– Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control.

– Assist in staff scheduling and labor cost management.

– Help monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving financial targets.

– Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.

– Step in to lead the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
