Full job description
You will manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will handle various administrative support tasks and ensure a positive and professional experience for anyone entering the premises.
Essential Functions
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors in person or via phone/email.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures when applicable.
- Coordinate with office and facilities teams for supplies and maintenance needs.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as required
