Admin Coordinator – Industrial Services -Abu Dhabi

Your Tasks

  • Carry out assigned admin task to support IS Department workflow and Operations
  • Control and support invoicing process including communications with accounts dept, clients & suppliers
  • Prepare Timesheets and weekly/monthly summary sheets as per client’s requirement.
  • Maintain IS Dept records and information. Support Internal and external audits as well as accreditation needs.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • BSc Degree or Diploma in Finance/Engineering or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
