Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages).
- Maintain front office cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Presentable, organized, and with strong communication skills.
