Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages).
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Presentable, organized, and with strong communication skills.
