We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Business Center. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-organized, and able to handle front desk operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and forward phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Manage office access cards, keys, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with the operations team for office maintenance and client support.
- Handle document scanning, printing, and courier arrangements.
- Receive and distribute mail or deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and client contact records.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a business center or office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-presented and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
