Full job description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Business Center. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-organized, and able to handle front desk operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and forward phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Manage office access cards, keys, and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for office maintenance and client support.
  • Handle document scanning, printing, and courier arrangements.
  • Receive and distribute mail or deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and client contact records.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a business center or office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-presented and professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
