Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the company’s day-to-day operations and client communications. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and comfortable working remotely while staying responsive, professional, and detail-oriented.
This role involves regular email and phone communication with clients, administrative support, and coordination for meetings and events across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication through email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support event coordination and accompany the team for on-site client meetings when required.
- Attend weekly in-person meetings with management.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during events and client interactions.
Requirements
- Based in Dubai, UAE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and polite communication style.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a client coordination role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Must be flexible to travel within the UAE when needed.
Work Conditions
- Work setup: Remote (Work from home)
- Weekly meetings: In-person, once a week in Dubai
- Days off: 2 days per week
- Travel: Required occasionally within UAE; transport and meals covered
