Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the company’s day-to-day operations and client communications. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and comfortable working remotely while staying responsive, professional, and detail-oriented.

This role involves regular email and phone communication with clients, administrative support, and coordination for meetings and events across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client communication through email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Support event coordination and accompany the team for on-site client meetings when required.
  • Attend weekly in-person meetings with management.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during events and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and polite communication style.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a client coordination role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Must be flexible to travel within the UAE when needed.

Work Conditions

  • Work setup: Remote (Work from home)
  • Weekly meetings: In-person, once a week in Dubai
  • Days off: 2 days per week
  • Travel: Required occasionally within UAE; transport and meals covered
