Job Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our office team. This role focuses on managing communications and providing administrative support — ensuring that calls, emails, and messages are handled efficiently, and that internal operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a hospitality background — ideally from a hotel or restaurant setting where guest interaction and service quality are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the People & Culture / HR Department with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Maintain updated employee and client contact lists, trackers, and records.
  • Coordinate with different departments (Spa, Café, Movement, HQ) for internal updates or requests.
  • Support logistics for meetings, interviews, and company events.
  • Manage office supplies and assist in maintaining general office organization.
  • Draft letters, memos, or communication materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, ideally as a hotel receptionist or restaurant hostess.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
