Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support client communication, documentation, and marketing activities. You will be involved in both the administrative side of sales and the creative side of marketing — helping us grow our presence and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales / Client Coordination

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate client/project records.
  • Coordinate directly with clients: follow-ups, calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
  • Support the Sales Manager during client visits, presentations, and site follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales-related activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM (client database) and ensure all inquiries are followed up promptly.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and ensure timely updates to clients and internal teams.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for interior design projects and services.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms and create visually appealing content aligned with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the design team to showcase completed projects through digital channels and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Build partnerships with architects, real estate developers, and suppliers to expand business opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative support (interior, fit-out, or construction industry experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 1-3 years equivalent experience in the marketing field (background or interest in design is a plus).
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or luxury industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design and aesthetics.
