Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Life Guard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using the swimming pool and beach facilities. The ideal candidate must be alert, physically fit, and able to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times
• Enforce pool rules and hotel safety guidelines
• Perform rescues and provide first aid/CPR when required
• Conduct regular pool water checks and maintain cleanliness of the pool area
• Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance requirements
• Assist guests professionally and courteously

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard Certification
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and calm during emergencies
• Physically fit and able to perform rescue duties
