Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and implement effective stock management systems.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports using MS Excel and other warehouse management tools.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5–6 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
