Spago Group, a well-established and leading catering company, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to manage and operate our temporary coffee kiosk in Liwa.

Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for the daily operation of the coffee kiosk, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Coffee Preparation: Expertly preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, latte, cappuccino) according to Spago Group’s standards.
• Kiosk Management: Operating and maintaining the coffee kiosk, including opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, handling cash transactions, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Inventory: Monitoring and managing stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other necessary supplies.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the freshness of ingredients and the consistent quality of all beverages served.
• Hygiene: Adhering strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a kiosk efficiently.
• High level of personal hygiene and professionalism.
• Willingness to commit to the full 2-month contract duration in Liwa.
