We are seeking a Night Operations Manager to lead our Dubai-based back-office team supporting hotel and retail operations in the U.S. The role oversees purchasing, reconciliations, night audits, and invoice management while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth coordination with U.S. teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team handling hotel purchasing, reconciliations, and night audits.
• Oversee retail invoice uploads and daily reconciliations.
• Coordinate with U.S. management teams for issue resolution.
• Track KPIs, reports, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of hotel/retail or shared service operations experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, analysis).
• Experience with ERP/accounting tools (QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).
• Prior night-shift or U.S. time zone experience preferred.
