Sales Team Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead our growing team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance through motivation, training, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Support the marketing team in creating promotional campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (managerial experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and property laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • RERA certification (preferred or must be obtained within probation).
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
