Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and internal policies.
• Provide professional, punctual, and courteous transportation for clients.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled before each assignment.
• Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues or damages.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or vehicle defects to management.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Follow scheduled routes and adapt to traffic or weather conditions as necessary.
• Use navigation tools and communication devices effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially with VIP or corporate clients.
• Coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding schedules, routes, and updates.
• Support vehicle delivery, pick-up, and fleet management operations as required.
• Comply with all safety protocols and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous professional driving experience (limousine, chauffeur, or rental service preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Ability to lift and assist with luggage handling.
